These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Review TAG, including its website, software platform, dashboard, QR/NFC-based review experience, AI-assisted review services and physical Review TAG products.

By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, purchasing a physical product, or using Review TAG, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Review TAG Services.

Review TAG is not a separately incorporated company or legal entity.

DEFINITIONS

For these Terms:

"Review TAG", "Platform", "Services", "we", "us" or "our" means the Review TAG products and services operated by Technical Avengers Pvt. Ltd.

"Business Customer", "Customer" or "you" means a business, organization, professional or other entity subscribing to or purchasing Review TAG products or Services.

"End Customer" means an individual who interacts with a Review TAG QR code, NFC-enabled product, feedback page or review-generation experience.

"Physical Products" means Review TAG hardware/products including Smart Card, Review Board, Review TAG and Desk TAG/Puck.

ELIGIBILITY

By using Review TAG, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• The information provided by you is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to act on behalf of the business or organization, where applicable
• You will use Review TAG only for lawful purposes

If you are registering on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that business.

REVIEW TAG SERVICES

Review TAG provides businesses with technology designed to facilitate customer feedback and AI-assisted review creation. Depending on the subscription and features available, the Services may include:

• Business account creation
• Review TAG dashboard
• QR code generation
• Customer feedback collection
• AI-assisted review generation
• Review configuration
• Customer experience questionnaires
• Review analytics
• Feedback management
• Reports and data export
• QR/NFC-based customer interaction
• Other features introduced by Review TAG from time to time

Features may vary depending on the subscription plan, product configuration or other commercial arrangements.

HOW REVIEW TAG WORKS

The Review TAG customer experience may generally operate as: SCAN → ENTER EMAIL → SELECT EXPERIENCE → AI DRAFT → EDIT → SUBMIT

An End Customer may provide information about their actual experience. Review TAG may use that information to generate an AI-assisted review draft. The End Customer can review and edit the generated content before submitting it.

Review TAG does not guarantee that any customer will:

• submit a review
• submit a positive review
• submit a review on Google
• provide a particular rating
• generate any particular business outcome

AI-ASSISTED CONTENT

Review TAG may use artificial intelligence technology to assist in generating review drafts.

AI-generated content is provided as an assistance tool and may contain errors, omissions or wording that does not accurately reflect the customer's intended experience.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the content before submitting it.

Review TAG must not be used to generate:

• Fake reviews
• Fabricated experiences
• Misleading statements
• Impersonation
• Fraudulent content
• Reviews submitted by individuals who did not actually experience the relevant product or service
• Content designed to manipulate or deceive a review platform

Businesses and End Customers remain responsible for the content they submit or publish.

GOOGLE REVIEWS AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Review TAG may provide functionality that directs customers to Google or another third-party platform to submit their review. Review TAG does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee:

• Review publication
• Review visibility
• Review ranking
• Review acceptance
• Review retention
• Changes to third-party review policies

Users must comply with the applicable terms and policies of Google and other third-party platforms.

Review TAG must not be used to manipulate reviews or artificially create positive reviews.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their use of Review TAG complies with applicable third-party platform policies.

Review TAG is an independent product of Technical Avengers Pvt. Ltd. and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially associated with Google, unless expressly stated otherwise.

BUSINESS ACCOUNT

A Business Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep account credentials secure
• Not share unauthorized access
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access
• Maintain appropriate access controls for employees and staff

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by unauthorized access resulting from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.

BUSINESS DATA AND CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

Businesses may provide information such as:

• Business details
• Business logo
• Business locations
• Google Business Profile information
• Social media links
• Customer-facing questions
• Keywords
• Review preferences
• Customer feedback

You represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to provide information submitted to the Platform. You must not upload information that:

• Violates another person's rights
• Contains unlawful material
• Infringes intellectual property
• Contains malicious code
• Is intended to deceive or defraud
• Violates applicable privacy laws

CUSTOMER EMAIL COLLECTION

An End Customer may be required to provide an email address as part of the Review TAG review submission process.

The email address may be used for purposes described in the Review TAG Privacy Policy, including facilitating the review experience, maintaining service records, preventing misuse and providing relevant service communications.

Review TAG does not request or store the customer's Google password.

SUBSCRIPTION

Review TAG is offered through an annual subscription model.

Standard Subscription Price: ₹14,999 per year, inclusive of applicable GST.

Review TAG may offer promotional prices, discounts or special offers from time to time. The price displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction. Promotional prices may have separate eligibility, validity or other conditions.

AUTO-RENEWAL

Review TAG subscriptions may automatically renew where auto-renewal has been enabled or agreed to by the customer.

The applicable renewal price may differ from an earlier promotional price. Customers are responsible for reviewing the renewal terms applicable to their subscription.

A customer may cancel auto-renewal in accordance with the available cancellation process.

CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already paid.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation will take effect in accordance with the applicable subscription period and billing terms.

REFUND POLICY

Review TAG subscription payments are non-refundable. No refund will generally be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Non-use of the Platform
• Failure to use QR codes
• Unused subscription time
• Business closure
• Failure to obtain reviews
• Failure to obtain a desired rating
• Failure to achieve a particular business result

Exceptions may apply where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly approved by Technical Avengers Pvt. Ltd.

SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRY

When a subscription expires:

• Dashboard access may be suspended
• Subscription-dependent features may become unavailable
• QR-based Review TAG functionality may be disabled
• Analytics and reporting features may become unavailable
• Other subscription-dependent services may cease

The physical Review TAG product remains the property of the customer after purchase, but continued operation of subscription-dependent functionality requires an active subscription.

PHYSICAL REVIEW TAG PRODUCTS

Physical Products are sold separately from the annual subscription. Available products may include:

• Smart Card — a compact QR/NFC-enabled review card designed for customer-facing use
• Review Board — a countertop or business-location review display
• Review TAG — a portable/tag-style review product designed for customer-facing interactions
• Desk TAG / Desk Puck — a premium, customized desk-based review product

Each Physical Product may have a separate price as displayed on the Review TAG website or quotation.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Customized Physical Products are produced according to the customer's approved specifications. Once customization or production has commenced, customized products are non-refundable and cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

• Logo
• Text
• Branding
• QR code
• Design
• Business information
• Other customization details

before production. Technical Avengers Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for customer-approved spelling, branding or information errors.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a Physical Product arrives damaged, the customer should contact Review TAG support promptly and provide appropriate photographs or other evidence of the damage.

Where the issue is determined to be a qualifying delivery or manufacturing defect, Review TAG may send a replacement product. Approved replacement shipping will be handled by the company.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

Except for qualifying damaged or defective products covered under the applicable product policy, Physical Products are not subject to a general replacement or exchange policy.

Customized products are not eligible for ordinary replacement due to change of preference or customer error.

SHIPPING

Physical Review TAG Products are currently available for delivery within India only.

Shipping arrangements and estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, customization, destination and production requirements.

Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property relating to Review TAG, including:

• Brand name
• Logo
• Website
• Software
• Dashboard
• User interface
• Design
• Graphics
• Content
• Documentation
• Product designs
• Technology
• Source code
• AI workflows
• Trademarks

is owned by or licensed to Technical Avengers Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these Terms grants the customer ownership of Review TAG's intellectual property. Customers receive only the limited right to use the Services during the applicable subscription period.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

Customers retain ownership of content and business materials they submit to Review TAG, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the Services. By submitting content, you grant Technical Avengers Pvt. Ltd. the limited rights necessary to:

• Store the content
• Process the content
• Display the content within the Services
• Generate requested AI-assisted content
• Provide analytics and reporting
• Maintain and improve the Services where legally permitted

We will handle personal data in accordance with the Review TAG Privacy Policy.

PROHIBITED USE

You must not use Review TAG to:

• Create fake or fabricated reviews
• Misrepresent customer experiences
• Impersonate another person
• Manipulate ratings
• Submit reviews without a genuine customer experience
• Violate Google or third-party review policies
• Harass or threaten customers
• Collect personal data unlawfully
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the Platform
• Copy or reproduce Review TAG technology
• Circumvent subscription restrictions
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Customer is responsible for:

• Using Review TAG lawfully
• Obtaining any required permissions or consents
• Providing accurate business information
• Protecting account credentials
• Ensuring staff use the system appropriately
• Ensuring review practices comply with applicable platform policies
• Responding appropriately to customer complaints
• Not using Review TAG to create fraudulent or manipulated reviews

AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES

We aim to provide reliable access to Review TAG but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be:

• Available
• Uninterrupted
• Error-free
• Free from delays
• Compatible with every device or browser

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, infrastructure issues, third-party service outages, internet failures, security incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Review TAG may depend on third-party services, including:

• Amazon Web Services
• Cashfree
• Artificial intelligence providers
• Google services
• Analytics providers
• Advertising platforms
• Communication providers
• Other technology providers

We are not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party services beyond our reasonable control. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

LIMITATION OF BUSINESS RESULTS

Review TAG is a technology and customer-feedback solution. We do not guarantee:

• A specific number of Google reviews
• A specific rating
• Increased Google ranking
• Increased sales
• Increased revenue
• Increased customer retention
• Viral exposure
• Any specific marketing result

Business outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including customer behavior, business quality, competition, market conditions and third-party platform algorithms.

DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Review TAG is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet every specific business requirement or operate without interruption.

AI-generated content should be reviewed by the relevant user before publication.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to Review TAG if:

• These Terms are violated
• The account is used for unlawful purposes
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Payment obligations are not met
• The Platform is being abused
• Security is threatened
• Required by law
• Third-party platform requirements require such action

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.

EFFECT OF TERMINATION

Upon termination or expiry:

• Access to subscription services may cease
• Dashboard access may be disabled
• QR functionality dependent on an active subscription may stop functioning
• The customer's right to use subscription-dependent features ends

Certain provisions of these Terms may continue after termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, limitations of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution.

PRIVACY

Use of Review TAG is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data. The Privacy Policy forms an important part of these Terms.
