B. End Customers — Individuals who interact with a business's Review TAG by scanning a QR code, using an NFC-enabled product, providing feedback, generating a review or submitting a review through the Review TAG experience.

When a business creates or manages a Review TAG account, we may collect:

• Business website, where provided
• Google Business Profile / Google Maps URL

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM END CUSTOMERS

When an individual interacts with a Review TAG, we may collect information necessary to provide the review experience. This may include:

EMAIL ADDRESS

An email address is required as part of the Review TAG review submission process.

Review TAG does not require customers to provide their Google password.

Review TAG is not designed to collect a customer's Google account password.

HOW THE REVIEW TAG EXPERIENCE WORKS

The Review TAG customer experience may generally follow this process: SCAN → ENTER EMAIL → SELECT EXPERIENCE → AI DRAFT → EDIT → SUBMIT

A customer may select aspects of their genuine experience, such as:

• Service
• Staff
• Quality
• Food
• Ambience
• Cleanliness
• Hospitality
• Product experience

Review TAG may use these inputs to generate an AI-assisted review draft. The customer has the opportunity to review and edit the generated content before submitting it.

AI-ASSISTED REVIEW GENERATION

Review TAG may use artificial intelligence to assist customers in creating review drafts.

AI-generated content is intended to help customers express their own genuine experience in a convenient and natural manner.

Review TAG does not intend for the AI functionality to create fabricated experiences, false statements, misleading reviews, impersonation or deceptive content.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing the generated content and ensuring that the final review accurately represents their own experience before submitting it.

Review TAG may update or change the AI technology or service provider used to provide this functionality.

AI SERVICE PROVIDERS

Review TAG may use third-party artificial intelligence service providers to provide AI-assisted review-generation functionality.

Information necessary to generate a review draft may be processed by such providers. Depending on the particular feature and technology being used, this may include selected keywords, customer-provided feedback and other information necessary to generate the requested content.

We seek to use appropriate service providers and reasonable safeguards for the processing of personal data.

GOOGLE AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Review TAG may direct customers to Google or other third-party platforms for the purpose of submitting or publishing reviews.

Once a customer interacts directly with a third-party platform, that interaction is governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies.

Review TAG does not collect or store a customer's Google password.

Review TAG is an independent product of Technical Avengers Pvt. Ltd. and is not owned, operated, endorsed or sponsored by Google.

Businesses using Review TAG are responsible for ensuring that their review collection practices comply with applicable laws and the policies of Google and other third-party platforms.

Review TAG is intended to facilitate genuine customer feedback and must not be used for fake, misleading or manipulated reviews.

Private feedback may be made available through the business dashboard depending on the applicable Review TAG configuration.

Businesses must not use customer information obtained through Review TAG for unlawful, discriminatory, abusive or otherwise prohibited purposes.

Review TAG does not guarantee that any customer will provide a positive or negative review.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Review TAG uses Cashfree for payment processing.

Subscription payments and related transactions may be processed through Cashfree and associated payment infrastructure.

We may receive transaction information necessary to confirm and manage your subscription.

Payment credentials may be processed directly by the applicable payment service provider. Review TAG does not intend to store complete payment-card credentials such as full card numbers or banking passwords on its own systems.

SUBSCRIPTION

Review TAG is offered through a subscription model.

Standard Subscription: ₹14,999 per year, inclusive of applicable GST.

Review TAG may periodically offer promotional pricing, discounts or special offers. The applicable price shown at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.

Subscription-related features are subject to the applicable plan and terms.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew where the customer has enabled or agreed to automatic renewal through the applicable payment process. Customers may cancel their subscription in accordance with the applicable cancellation process.

Cancellation and Refund: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly agreed to by Technical Avengers Pvt. Ltd.

SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRY

When a Review TAG subscription expires or is cancelled:

• Access to the Review TAG dashboard may be suspended
• Subscription-dependent features may become unavailable
• QR-based Review TAG functionality associated with the subscription may be disabled
• Access to analytics and other subscription-dependent features may cease

Data retention following expiry is governed by our applicable data-retention practices and legal requirements.

PHYSICAL REVIEW TAG PRODUCTS

Review TAG physical products are sold separately from the software subscription. The available product formats may include:

• Smart Card
• Review Board
• Review TAG
• Desk TAG / Desk Puck

Each product may have its own price as displayed on the Review TAG website. Customized physical products are non-refundable.

Damaged Products: If a physical product is received damaged, customers should contact Review TAG support with appropriate evidence within the applicable reporting period. Where the damage is confirmed as a qualifying delivery/product issue, Review TAG may provide a replacement product. Shipping for an approved damaged-product replacement will be handled by the company.

Physical products are currently available for delivery within India only.

DATA SHARING WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may share or provide access to personal data with service providers that help us operate Review TAG, including providers involved in:

• Cloud hosting
• Artificial intelligence
• Payment processing

• Advertising and marketing measurement
